Message If the engaging point is real close to the top to travel of your pedal you run the risk that your TO bearing is not disengaging and turning all the time which will wear it out real quick.

Looks like the rest is mostly cosmetic. although the sand in the engine compartment looks a little funny. Look under your car and make sure the plastic under engine covers are in place. Then CLEAN that motor and bay and DON"T USE A HOSE! Use shops rags. WD-40, Simple Green, tooth brush, Q-tips, elbow grease and patience.

As soon as you can, flush your motor with engine flush, change the oil and filter and do it again every 1000 miles or so, 2 or 3 times, in case there's any build up in your motor, this will help clean it up. Use a good quality oil and get the filters from Nissan. Cost: $30.

Drain the cooling system, remove the radiator and have it checked and rodded out by a radiator shop and then refill with proper water/coolant. Replace the radiator hoses and belts while your at it. This is very important as most people ignore their cooling system which is second only in importance (and just barely) to oil for your motor. Cost: $150.

Remove the plastic cover off the top of the motor and trace the fuel lines out and find all the hose clamps and check to see it they are tight. They tend to loosen over time and will allow gas leaks. Change the fuel filter. Cost: $3.

Install new NKG sparks plugs - don't use anything else. Cost: $50.

Replace the PCV valves and hoses. Cost: $20.

Run an ECU diagnostic just to make sure everything is running properly. Cost: $70 for the manual which will tell you how to do all these things.

Last: Spend all your waking hours reading and learning here at TT-Net. You will find no better resource for learning about your car. Do this and with a manual you will save tons of money on your car. Z32's are expensive to maintain.

Good luck!
